While working at Nerve, we were discussing ways of promoting their upcoming book, Sex Advice From... Rather than just build a simple landing page with a link to the book, I devised the idea of building "The Sex Advice Machine" — featuring a selection of excerpts from the book. The application is an XML-Driven Flash Actionscript programmed widget that randomly cycles through questions and answers from the book.
